This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment. You will support our mission of delivering world-class sound and visuals, acting as a lead Logistics coordinator for our crew and artists. As a Get Real Driver, you ensure that the people and equipment behind the magic arrive safely and on time.
Daily Responsibilities:

Equipment Transport: Safely transport specialized audio-visual gear and promotional assets between venues and storage.

Artist Shuttle: Act as a professional Receptionist on wheels, providing safe and polite transport for local and international artists.

Logistics Support: Assist the Admin team with daily errands, document deliveries, and supplier collections.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, fueled, and maintained to professional corporate standards.

Route Planning: Use navigation tools to ensure 100% on-time arrivals for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
Requirements:

Valid License: A clean South African Code 8 (EB) Driver’s License with a valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).

Navigation Skills: High proficiency in using Google Maps/Waze to navigate Cape Town’s event routes efficiently.

Professional Conduct: Polished and empathetic communication skills, suitable for interacting with high-profile artists.

Punctuality: A “15-minutes-early” mindset to ensure our high-energy productions never face a delay.

Detail Orientation: Ability to manage trip logs and fuel receipts with a high degree of Administrative Assistant accuracy.
