This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as an Administrative Assistant of financial flow. You will support our brand’s mission of professional success, acting as the primary financial contact for our fans at the point of sale.
Daily Responsibilities:

Payment Processing: Accurately handle cash and digital transactions for tickets and merchandise, ensuring 100% accuracy.

Customer Service: Act as a virtual Receptionist at the gate, answering fan queries with a professional and helpful tone.

Float Management: Maintain and reconcile the daily cash float, reporting any discrepancies immediately to the Admin team.

Receipt Management: Ensure every fan receives accurate documentation for their purchase to maintain brand credibility.

Queue Coordination: Manage the flow of customers at the point of sale to ensure a fast and seamless experience during peak event hours.
Requirements:

Numerical Accuracy: High level of precision in handling money and calculating change in a high-pressure environment.

Honesty & Integrity: A clean track record of financial trust and responsibility in past Cashier roles.

Service Excellence: Ability to remain polite and empathetic under pressure, even during high-volume event windows.

Technical Fluency: Comfort navigating POS software and digital payment platforms (Yoco, SnapScan, etc.).

Detail Orientation: Ability to manage data entry and record-keeping with a high degree of Administrative Assistant accuracy.
