We are seeking a high-energy Promoter to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual who thrives in a high-trust environment as a lead Brand Ambassador. You will support our mission of creating cultural movements, acting as a lead Sales representative to drive high-energy hype and ticket conversions for our community.
Daily Responsibilities:

Street Team Activation: Execute high-energy outreach at key locations to build brand awareness for our specific concert tours.

Digital Promotion: Utilize personal and brand social channels to drive engagement and ticket sales as a Social Media advocate.

Lead Generation: Identify and engage with target audiences to capture lead data for upcoming Get Real event announcements.

Flyer Distribution: Manage the strategic distribution of marketing assets at partner venues and trending Cape Town hotspots.

Event Hype: Act as an on-ground energy leader during activations to ensure fans feel the Get Real “magic” before the show.

Proven Charisma: Natural ability to engage strangers and pitch the Get Real experience with passion and clarity.

Social Fluency: Active presence on social media with an understanding of how to drive Digital Marketing engagement.

Self-Direction: Discipline to meet daily outreach targets and manage your own schedule without constant supervision.

Network Access: Established connections within the Cape Town nightlife, student, or music scenes.

Reliability: A track record of “showing up” and delivering high-energy results consistently across all activations.
