We are seeking a proactive General Worker to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as an Office Administrator of venue readiness. You will support our brand’s mission of professional growth, acting as the essential support for our community to ensure our tour sites are flawless.
Daily Responsibilities:

Site Preparation: Ensure the event grounds are perfectly prepared, including fence layout, branding placement, and signage.

Inventory Support: Assist the Admin team in loading and unloading shipments of merchandise and promotional assets.

Ground Maintenance: Maintain a 100% clean and professional venue environment before, during, and after the show.

Utility Assistance: Help the technical crew with general heavy lifting and the positioning of mobile assets across the site.

Asset Protection: Monitor equipment and stock during transitions to ensure no loss or damage occurs during the production cycle.
Requirements:

Physical Resilience: Ability to manage a demanding workload in various weather conditions common to Cape Town festivals.
