We are seeking a world-class Sales Assistant to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as an Office Administrator of brand transactions. You will support our brand’s mission of professional growth, acting as a lead Sales representative for our community to drive merchandise and ticket revenue.
Daily Responsibilities

Customer Service & Interaction: Greet fans and provide detailed information on tour schedules, merchandise, and VIP packages.

Transaction Processing: Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy, acting as a lead for ticket and Retail sales.

Stock Management: Maintain a 100% accurate count of merchandise inventory and ensure displays are visually appealing.

Lead Tracking: Collect customer data and feedback to assist our marketing team in refining future campaigns.

Daily Reporting: Reconcile daily sales and provide simple reports to leadership on top-performing items.
Requirements

Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to hit targets and cross-sell brand products in a fast-paced Retail or event environment.

Communication Skills: Polished and empathetic tone, suitable for representing a world-class entertainment brand in a Customer Service capacity.

Technical Literacy: Comfort using modern POS systems and basic administrative tools for data entry.
