We are seeking a world-class Photographer to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed creative who thrives in a high-trust environment as a Content Creator. You will support our brand’s mission of professional growth and success, acting as a lead Marketing visionary to capture the magic of our cultural movement.
Daily Responsibilities:

Event Capture: Document high-energy performances, crowd engagement, and world-class production value across all tour dates.

Post-Production: Edit and process raw imagery into polished, on-brand assets for Digital Marketing and social media use.

Asset Organization: Maintain high Office Administrator standards for digital filing, ensuring all work is correctly labeled and accessible.

Creative Collaboration: Work with the Graphic Designer and leadership to plan a monthly content calendar that reflects brand goals.

Community Engagement: Capture “moments and memories” that resonate with our fans, creating content that is designed for high virality.
Requirements:

Portfolio Excellence: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or photographer in the live music and nightlife sector.

Technical Mastery: High proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless systems and editing software (Lightroom/Photoshop).

Self-Direction: Ability to scout and capture the best angles during a live event without needing constant direction.

Visual Storytelling: A talent for writing visual copy that speaks to both fans and potential corporate partners.

Detail Orientation: Precision in capturing the Get Real “look,” ensuring every image enhances brand credibility.
